Town of Smithville, NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
The Town Board of the Town of Smithville is accepting separate, sealed bids for the construction of a 24' x 24' fire-rated storage room addition to the west side of the existing Smithville Community Center, 5285 State Hwy 41, Smithville Flats, N.Y. 13841. The 24' x 24' addition will include an 8' x 10' office space.
Detailed drawings and specs of the addition can be picked up at the Smithville Town Clerk's Office, 5285 State Hwy. 41, Smithville Flats, N.Y. 13841, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked. Bids may be mailed to the Smithville Town Clerk's Office at P.O. Box 217, Smithville Flats, N.Y. 13841 or delivered to the Town Clerk's Office before 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2026. The Town Clerk's office is open 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Bid opening will take place at 6:40 p.m., Monday, June 15, 2026, at the regular meeting of the Smithville Town Board. The Town of Smithville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
